Terrible service, poor facilities

The only good thing about the hotel is it’s proximity to Assi Ghat. The rooms are very small, there’s no ventilation for bathroom/toilet, resulting in bad odour (when told, the owner offered room freshner). The upholstery was quite dusty. There was no hot water even at 8.30 in the morning and when we asked, the manager coolly says that he had switched off the geyser (it is not in the room). There’s no restaurant. The owner and manager are also too intrusive. Every time we left they would ask us where we were going! Worst ever experience. One night when we came back the owner was drunk and kept asking for feedback and good ratings! So here you go!

Nice hotel and location. The owner was really helpful from day one, I booked a room for 7 days but had to leave one day before the end of my booking and the owner accepted with no charge. Very good shower and spacious room.

Good experience and nice room.Varanasi city is enjoyed gang a ghat sandha arti is to good.We are enjoy so much.Hotel staff very help full.Hotel food is so delchas and food quality is so good.We are enjoyed.

Very Good !hotel position is convenience and the guide is hospitality ,vanarasi people is kind and hospitality . Hotel room rate is reasonable room facility is good also. The ghat is Good incredible .
